Online bookings require a credit card to secure the reservation. Rest assured, your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking—you can pay with any method you prefer on the day of your appointment.
Your credit card is stored in a payment system called Adyen. This system is fully PCI Level 1 compliant, which means that your credit card details are stored securely and tokenised (i.e. no one can see your credit card number). This token is then stored with your customer details in our point of sale system, Zenoti, so that Zenoti will be able to link to Adyen to process payments authorised by you.
For bookings made directly with the spa, a credit card is not required to secure your reservation. However, if you plan to pay with a gift card, the spa will require the gift card number in advance so it can be validated for use on the day of your booking. Click here to find your local endota.
As we cannot accept credit card details over the phone, guests making group or surprise bookings may be required to visit the spa and make payment in advance to secure the reservation.
