Gift cards: If you did not receive your e-Gift Card please make sure you’ve checked your junk/spam mail. If it’s still not there, some business addresses such as .gov.au or .edu.au have strict firewalls that may prevent e-Gift Cards from reaching their destination. A copy of the e-Gift Card will also been sent to the purchaser as well as the recipient.

Spa enquiries: Find your local spa, book online or check opening hours on the Spa Locator. To cancel or change a booking please contact your local spa directly.
